With each piece of jewelry, you get a CERTIFICATE with all the information we use to guarantee the quality of the products sold. The correctness of our products is checked by the personnel responsible for checking the quality and correctness. The certificate contains data on the weight and quality of precious metals. If the product contains diamonds, natural colored stones, pearls and similar accessories, they are listed and described in the Certificate.
Diamonds embedded in jewelry have not been modified in any known way and are exclusively of natural origin. Weight, quality and color are entered in the Certificate according to the international standard.
Natural colored stones (safari, rubies, emeralds…), in accordance with international practice, can be additionally treated in order to improve quality. Natural colored stones may have more or less light or dark inclusions, natural veining (internal or external irregularities) or color unevenness. This is not considered a deficiency.
Pearls that are possibly incorporated into jewelry are grown (cultivated) unless otherwise stated in the Certificate. Pearls, due to the way they are created, may have certain irregularities and imperfections and this is not considered a defect.
„Stefanović 1886“ We guarantee that, if the complete and original documentation obtained at the time of purchase (fiscal invoice and certificate) is delivered, all errors in the production process noted by our craftsmen and reported within one year will be rectified free of charge. If this cannot be done within 60 days, we will replace the item or refund your money.
Objects made of precious metals are sensitive and should therefore be treated with the greatest possible care!
Some products are more sensitive than others due to the specifics of their manufacturing: hollow jewelry, pressed, extremely light jewelry… and they need an extra dose of care during use (do not bend, do not sleep with them, do not expose them to impacts, etc.)!
Defects caused by improper handling, impacts, scratches and contact with chemicals are not factory defects!
The buyer is recommended to read in detail the instructions for cleaning, maintenance and use of jewelry, which you can also read on the site.
We also provide our clients with the option (and recommend!) of jewelry inspections and lifetime service. Engraving on all our products is free, as is stone cleaning.
