Finger size measurement

Do you want to make yourself or a loved one happy and order a ring online, but you are not sure of the size?  Visiting a jeweler in your area is the best solution, but if you are not able, we offer you a simple way to do it, in the comfort of your own home.

1 – Cut a thread approx  15 cm

2 – Wrap the thread around the base of the ring finger, just below the knuckle.

3 – Mark the thread where it ends with a pencil or marker.

4 – Place the tip on the ruler and measure the length

5 – Compare the obtained result with the table

Here are the next steps to follow to make sure your measurement is accurate:

– When measuring, keep in mind that each finger may have a different size. A ring that fits your left ring finger will not fit the one on your right hand. That is why you need to decide on which hand you will wear it.

-Make sure the toe is at normal body temperature as toes can shrink or expand when it’s cold or hot. The size is also affected by the time of day, fatigue, consumption of certain foods and drinks.

-If the wrist is much larger than the base of the finger, take two separate measurements and choose the size between them. The ring should fit over your wrist but not be too loose.

If you are in doubt about the size, it is always ideal to choose  greater.

Measure the size three or four times to make sure the measurements are accurate.
